Our neck and shoulders are a common source of tension for many, and poor posture can contribute to pain and discomfort. Our shoulders and neck are also some of the most mobile parts in our body, often requiring stability and strength to prevent injury. As a rock climber, surfer and generally highly active person I am constantly focusing on neck and shoulder health. I’ve also dealt with neck pain for years, resulting from a whiplash injury and have personal experience with using yoga to move from a place of pain to one of health.
In a Precision Alignment II Yoga class, you will learn how to use alignment principles to improve form and technique in the yoga postures.
Moving with the principles of Precision Alignment Yoga in mind, Strength & Stability Flow is our other more active alignment flow class.
