Alignment/Healthy Neck and Shoulders

Our neck and shoulders are a common source of tension for many, and poor posture can contribute to pain and discomfort. Our shoulders and neck are also some of the most mobile parts in our body, often requiring stability and strength to prevent injury. As a rock climber, surfer and generally highly active person I am constantly focusing on neck and shoulder health. I’ve also dealt with neck pain for years, resulting from a whiplash injury and have personal experience with using yoga to move from a place of pain to one of health.
