Arm Balance Series
Thursdays, 5:30pm – 6:45pm (Dec 2nd – 23rd)
Join Ella for a 4-week series of arm balances. At the end of this series, you’ll learn how to increase range of motion in the hands, wrists and shoulders and build the strength required to balance on your hands and arms. We will work on poses such as bakasana (crow pose), adho mukha vrksasana (handstand), pincha mayurasana (feathered peacock pose) and tittibhasana (firefly pose).
This is a great class for anyone looking to build strength, confidence and have FUN!

Deep Relaxation Workshop
Sunday, August 8th | 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
Learn the practice of deep relaxation and bringing calmness to mind. Ella will guide you in a restorative practice, designed to help you relax and let go. When we learn to relax the body and mind fully, we also restore and rejuvenate.
Beginner friendly. No yoga experience required. $35
Registration is required. Limited spots available! Option to participate in the workshop at the studio or online.
