Gail and her mother, who introduced her to Hatha Yoga as a teenager in the early 70’s, practiced together for a couple of years. Gail loved it and continued her practice at the Sun and Moon studio in Fairfax, Virginia for many years. Shortly after moving to Florida she found her “Yoga Home” at the Yoga Shed. She attended the Yoga Shed’s teacher training, completing the 300-hour teacher certificate twice just to make sure she got as much info as possible. During her teacher training Emma Tranter introduced her to Yoga Nidra; her heart was again captured. She loved it and wanted to share this wonderful yoga technique of quieting the body through relaxation. Her study of Yoga Nidra lead her to the Amrit Yoga Institute where she earned the 100-hour Yoga Nidra facilitator certification in 2018.
