Join us online from the comfort of home! Our instructors are able to view your practice and offer general corrections based on what we can observe.

Join us online via Zoom from the comfort of home. This is a downloadable product. At checkout you’ll download the pdf and 15 minutes before class starts click on the link in the pdf.

Registration is required.

Before each class, your teacher will let you know what props are needed. It’s a good idea to have the following items handy:

  • yoga mat or clean, hard surface to practice on
  • two blocks (or large books)
  • one strap (belt or scarf works, too!)
  • 2-4 blankets (or thick towels, folded neatly)
  • one bolster (or thick, firm pillow/s)
  • one chair (metal, backless chair is preferred but any will do!)
