We offer series for all levels of experience! Choose from series that are specifically for beginners to series that will help you explore new areas of your yoga practice. Series are different from drop-in classes and workshops. Classes are once a week for 4, 6, or 8 consecutive weeks. Each week you will build upon what you learned in previous weeks. All series are taught in the style of Precision Alignment Yoga or Iyengar Yoga (Ella’s classes only*).

Intro to Wall Workshop – Rescheduling – Date TBA
- A beginner-friendly introduction to using the wall as your primary prop. You will have fun, learn to create lightness, stability and buoyancy within the body!
Yoga for a Healthy Low Back Workshop – Rescheduling – Date TBA
- Join Susie Huard, Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist with 25+ years teaching experience, for a 3-hour workshop focused on the low back. In this workshop you will identify and correct muscle imbalances and re-align your posture with an appropriate, therapeutic yoga sequence. Specific modifications will be offered for those with Kyphosis, Lordosis, Scoliosis and Osteoporosis. All levels of students & teachers are welcome.
Intro to Wall Workshop | Rescheduled for Feb (date TBA): $35
The Yoga Shed is only studio in central Florida with a yoga wall. Come learn the basics and discover how the wall can help you find stability, lightness and ease. You will have fun and leave feeling light and joyous.

Looking to start a yoga practice, or come back to one after a break? This 6 week series will help you build a foundation of understanding within your body and the different categories of asana (poses). You’ll finish feeling confident to drop-in to any of our beginner friendly classes.

Join Susie Huard, Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist with 25+ years teaching experience, for a 3-hour workshop focused on the low back. In this workshop you will find freedom from pain, develop a safe yoga practice to lengthen the spine, build core strength and flexibility as you work towards relaxation. Susie has been providing groups and individuals with preventative and rehabilitative exercise programs for over 38 years. She has been teaching Iyengar yoga for 25 years and is blessed to have studied with B.K.S Iyengar and the Iyengar family.
