Yoga Fundamentals for Health & Vitality – Starts May 31st. Join Ella Ran for five weeks of practice to help you FEEL BETTER. You’ll receive guidance on establishing a safe home practice. Each week you’ll take home a new practice sequence. In this series, you will learn how to modify the postures for your individual needs. Get personal feedback and empower yourself to safely, confidently practice at home.

Yoga for the Low Back | Saturday, July 23rd, 9am – Noon | $65

Join Ella for a workshop focused on health of the lumbar spine.
Explore the use of props to support the body where it is at. All while skillfully and safely expanding what is possible within your practice. This workshop is designed to bring about greater freedom from pain and empower you to move towards health. This workshop will incorporate standing poses, forward extensions, supported back extensions and supine restorative poses.
Open to all levels of students and teachers.

Introduction to Inversions | Saturday, Aug 13th, 9am – Noon | $65

Learn a sequence designed to prepare the body and mind for inversions. We will discuss how and when it is appropriate to practice inversions, and when not to. This practice will leave you feeling empowered, balanced and with a clear mind!
