We offer series for all levels of experience! Choose from series that are specifically for beginners to series that will help you explore new areas of your yoga practice. Series are different from drop-in classes and workshops. Classes are once a week for 4, 6, or 8 consecutive weeks. Each week you will build upon what you learned in previous weeks. All series are taught in the style of Precision Alignment Yoga.
Yoga for Beginners – 4 weeks – $48 – NEW START DATE March 23rd (Registration is required. Option to attend at the studio or online.)
Yoga for Healthy Hips – 4 weeks – $48 – START DATE April 1st (Registration is required. Option to attend at the studio or online.)
