Come try an introductory yoga class especially for beginners, for FREE, and experience for yourself the gift of yoga. Many of our Yoga Shedders come to yoga to feel better. Some came looking for help with a physical ailment or an injury (like me!), others for anxiety or depression, or simple curiosity about this ancient practice and how it fits into our modern world. The benefits of yoga are many.

A yoga practice can help you:

  • alleviate pain from injury or bad habits (like poor posture)
  • cultivate physical strength & mental fortitude
  • become more flexible – ultimately helping you stay injury free!
  • refine your awareness (physical, mental and emotional)
  • feel lighter, more grounded and balanced
