The use of chairs in Yoga practice was introduced by BKS Iyengar, along with many other tools that he invented and adapted over the years. Join Ella in exploring how a chair can enhance and deepen your practice.

This workshop is beginner-friendly but be ready to challenge yourself!

Yoga Wall with Arielle – TBA (Limited spots available! This workshop is IN-STUDIO ONLY.)

Join Arielle for a workshop on the Yoga Wall. Explore the yoga postures using the Yoga Wall as your primary tool. The Wall assists in aligning the body, creates buoyancy in the poses, and builds strength and flexibility in both the body and the mind.

Dance and surfing were my passions growing up. It wasn’t until 2006, during my training to become a dance instructor, that I was really introduced to yoga. I could immediately tell it was a great way to cultivate more awareness of my body, strengthen muscles I didn’t even know I had, and become more flexible (which can help prevent injury).
