Is this class ok for people who’ve done some yoga but aren’t that efficient at it yet?

Is this class good for people that have scoliosis?

      Hi, Andrea.

Yes, this class is about creating balance to all sides of the spine, and will incorporate a lot of specific “how-to’s” for the shoulders and hips as well because they greatly affect the spine (and vise versa). Feel free to email me any more specific information about your scoliosis, so that I can pass that information to the teacher. The Yoga Shed email is info@yoga-shed.com

Let me know if you have anymore questions. I look forward to seeing you at the Shed soon!

Just wondering. Can I sign up for onetime. When I was visiting last winter, I did a drop in class with you. Now that you are doing live online classes. I would love to join. And maybe some other classes too.
My home is in Washington State. Where in your web site I can buy a pass of 3or 5 or 10 online classes. And if I purchased, when will it expire.

Hi Gretchen! Thanks for your interest in joining us again! You can just sign up for the online lessons individually. No need to purchase a pass for those. We hope to “see” you in class! Be well
